  • Toasted whole grain English muffin sandwich: 1 egg & 1 oz low fat cheese
  • Avocado slices on whole grain toast
  • Peanut butter toast  (whole grain) with honey & banana slices
  • Oatmeal with chopped nuts and dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, blueberries)
  • Whole grain bagel with almond butter and honey
